New Holland North America unveiled its newest tractor, the PowerStar Electro Command, during the 2025 Farm Progress Show. The model becomes the flagship of the PowerStar lineup, bringing new transmission technology, higher lift capacity, and updated cab features.

“This latest addition is redefining comfort, control and productivity in the utility tractor segment,” said Alex Berwager, Livestock and Dairy Business Manager for New Holland North America.

Power in a Utility Frame

The Electro Command is available in 110- and 120-horsepower models with PTO ratings of 85 and 99. Its rear lift capacity of more than 10,000 pounds is nearly double that of other PowerStar tractors, allowing operators to handle heavier feed loads and bales.

A new 16×16 semi-powershift transmission allows clutchless shifts and up to eight automatic gear changes. An ECO mode is designed to improve fuel use and reduce noise.

Focus on Operator Comfort

The tractor is available as a cab-only model with a new suspension system and air-suspension seat, reducing vibration during long days in the field. Visibility has been improved with a panoramic windshield and high-visibility roof panel. An electronic joystick integrates loader operation and gear shifting.

Connectivity Standard

Beginning with the 2026 model year, PowerStar Electro Command tractors will include New Holland FieldOps telematics. The system provides real-time tracking, performance monitoring, and fuel data. An advanced package will offer additional analytics and remote diagnostics.

Public Debut

Visitors at the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois, saw the Electro Command for the first time. Company representatives described the tractor as combining the maneuverability of a utility machine with features typically found in larger production models.
