Under One Roof: LFCE Summer Field Day for Producers: June 18, 2019

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first annual summer field day at the Livestock and Forage Centre of Excellence on June 18. There will be no charge for the day, but we ask that you register with a free ticket so we can be sure to have enough beef-on-a-bun at lunch for everyone!

We are in the early stages of our planning and will update the page as we confirm the speakers for the day.

The LFCE’s inaugural field day will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the facilities located 4 miles south of Clavet, SK (Hwy 16). (Driving directions)

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with registration, coffee and tradeshow. The morning program will commence at 10:00 a.m. with welcoming remarks and presentations. We will enjoy a complimentary beef-on-a-bun lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tours to plots, pens and paddocks to listen to researchers and graduate students will fill the afternoon. The day will conclude at 4:30 p.m. As the agenda is finalized, additional details will be posted at lfce.usask.ca.
